You've just given me a flashback to 16.02.2012, it was my birthday and I was working down south, Mrs A rang to tell me she'd just had the front end of our 4 month old Evoque taken off by a bus. It took 2 months to fix because they didn't have a proper process in place at that point to get all the spare parts that where needed......

Lightning never strikes in the same place twice right?....
